2HR Yin Immersion with Essential Oils

As winter draws near and the days grow shorter, we are gently invited to turn inward and soften into the stillness this season offers. Twin Yin’s winter offering draws inspiration from the water element and invites you to create space to rest, reflect, and restore. 

Be supported in nurturing yourself for winter through:

 ● Essential oil blending workshop using grounding scents to deepen restfulness 

 ● a yin yoga session to harmonise the meridians tied to winter and water 

 ● yoga nidra meditation paired with a soothing sound bath to achieve a deep state of rest in order to reset. 

 There will also be an opportunity to enjoy a warm tisane following the practice. 

 Please bring:

 A journal to write down personal notes + pen 

 A blanket to keep you extra warm during the yoga nidra.
