….and to help us do just that, we are incredibly grateful to host other professionals in the movement and mindfulness fields.

BETTER TOGETHER: PARTNER YOGA

Yoga is usually a solo practice, but every now and then it's worth sharing the mat.
Partner Yoga brings a playful twist to familiar shapes using trust, shared balance and a laugh or few along the way.
Bring your best friend, partner or sibling (or someone who owes you a favour!) and allow Lily to guide you through a fun and different take on some of your favourite poses. All levels of experience are welcome - no partner yoga experience is required. Ages 15+

CANDLELIGHT RESTORATIVE YOGA
EARTH HOUR
Saturday 28th March, 7pm - 8pm
Join us as we turn off the lights for Earth Hour and settle into 60mins of deeply nourishing restorative yoga by candlelight - guided by Jess and Lydia.
Earth Hour is a worldwide initiative that has become a symbolic act in support of the global environment, by raising awareness around issues of climate change and biodiversity.
$5 for every person in attendance will be donated to WWF (World Wildlife Fund)
Spaces are limited; bookings are essential.
Included in all ongoing memberships, $35 for passholders & friends
